Welcome

The Ubirimi service (the “Service”) is provided by Ubirimi (the “Provider”) under these terms. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to use it consistently with these terms and with applicable law.

Subscriber conduct

You are responsible for the content of your account. The Provider acts as a conduit for storage of data you put in the Service.

Privacy

Registration data and the content of your databases are treated as private. We do not monitor or disclose that data unless required by law. See the privacy policy.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when you sign up. You are responsible for keeping administrator credentials safe and for activity under your tenant.

Acceptable use

You will not use the Service to break the law, to interfere with other tenants, or to probe the system beyond ordinary use. We may suspend an account that threatens the Service or other customers.

Service

We aim to keep the Service available. Cloud software is offered as-is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. On-premise deployments follow the agreement we sign with you.

Fees

Cloud subscriptions are billed according to the published user bands, unless we agree otherwise in writing. The trial period is free. After the trial, continued use implies the then-current plan.
