This policy applies to information Ubirimi collects through your use of Ubirimi's services. If you do not agree, you must not use the services. “We”, “us”, and “Ubirimi” include Ubirimi and our affiliates.

Information we collect

We collect data about you from:

  • Information you provide to us directly (account, profile, contact forms, billing details when you subscribe);
  • Information we collect in connection with your use of the services (session, product usage needed to operate the suite);
  • Information from integrations you choose to connect.

We may combine this information to operate, secure, and improve the services, and to communicate with you.

How we use information

  • Provide and maintain the services you request;
  • Create and administer accounts, including tenant instances;
  • Send transactional mail (welcome, password reset, product notifications you configure);
  • Respond to contact requests;
  • Protect the integrity of the service and comply with law.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it with processors who help us run the service (for example hosting, email delivery, and payment providers when you subscribe), and when required by law.

Retention

We keep account and tenant data for as long as the account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward where we must for legal, security, or backup purposes.
