MOV · leave Jira
A move is a wizard. Not a leap of faith.
Yongo already has a four-step move for an issue. Leaving Atlassian is the same shape, at company scale. This is what we actually do — and what we will not pretend to do.
- 1 · Export what you still trust Issues, comments, attachments, the wiki pages that are actually used. We do not promise a magical full-fidelity clone of every marketplace app you bolted on.
- 2 · Map onto schemes, not English words Your statuses keep their names. We map them to Yongo schemes. If you had twelve workflows, you still have twelve — they are yours, stored as data.
- 3 · Bring projects into one tenant People, groups, and permission schemes land with the work. Help Desk queues and Agile boards come back once the issues exist — they are views, not a second import.
- 4 · The first week is configuration, not theatre Dashboards, filters, the first Documentador space, who may see what. We stay on the call. This is the unglamorous part we are built for.
Honest limits
What does not come across as a button.
- Marketplace plugins If the job lived in a third-party Jira app, we map the job — not the plugin binary. Some things become a Yongo field, a Documentador page, or custom work.
- Automation spaghetti We rebuild the automations you can name. We do not reverse-engineer an undocumented rule graph and call it done.
- Pixel-identical Jira The tracker looks like work software. The marketing site is the front door. We will not sell you a skin of Atlassian.

FAQ
Questions people actually ask
- Can you clone every Jira marketplace app?
- No. We move issues, comments, attachments, and the wiki pages you still use. We do not promise a pixel-identical clone of every add-on.
- Do our status names stay the same?
- Yes. We map them onto Yongo schemes. If you had twelve workflows, you still have twelve — stored as data, in your language.
- How long is the first week?
- People, projects, permissions, dashboards, and the wiki. We stay on the deploy rather than handing you a PDF.
